Isha is the founder and CEO of the Donna Marie Foundation and the Donna Marie Fashion Boutique, a nonprofit entity catering to the needs of deported women and children. She is a proud wife and mother who loves cooking and enjoys spending quality time with her family.
Isha is proud to be a philanthropist and currently assists women in the US and Jamaica who are in need of career guidance assistance, including resume building, mock interviews, and the donation of one set of interview attire.
Her aim for the growing foundation is to provide preventative support by becoming involved in visiting communities to educate them on the impact of deportation and the role it plays in the displacement of families, thereby breaking down those impacted families and the wider communities.
The Donna Marie Foundation has been a lifelong dream in the making and is very dear to her heart due to her late sister’s deportation. Being deported from the country one considered to be home—where family is, where one grew up in many cases, where life is—feels like losing everything. It is especially disorienting at first, when everything feels foreign and overwhelming. There is no question that this is an even more severe ordeal for women, who are among the most vulnerable. The Donna Marie Foundation was established as a social intervention for women deported to Jamaica, aimed at providing them with basic needs—food, shelter, and clothing—for surviving, at no cost to them, for up to one year. Each year, over 350 women are deported to Jamaica from countries all over the globe. A large number of these women, having nowhere to call home once they arrive, end up homeless and become victims of abuse. No stranger to this injustice, the Donna Marie Fashion Boutique is an affiliate of the Donna Marie Foundation which is a non-profit organization founded in 2009 and named in remembrance of the late Donna Marie Belnavis, who died some years after she was deported to Jamaica in 1997.
We have a dream to provide a smoother transition for deported women. Our goal is to sponsor up to 20 women each year, giving them the opportunity to be self-resilient citizens, by providing personal and professional empowerment workshops, assisting them with resumes, mock interviews, and self-esteem building seminars.
We collect new and or gently worn women’s and children’s clothing, shoes, and accessories along with wrapped or unwrapped pennies. If you would like to give, but do not have the above items, consider giving a cash donation. Your donations will go towards building our first housing facility for these women. You can donate directly by clicking on the donate button on the Donna Marie Foundation Website below.
It is through generous donations like yours that the foundation will be able to provide life-changing experiences to thousands of women, and families by extension. Accept our sincere thanks in advance.
Isha holds a bachelor’s degree in organizational development leadership psychology, from Saint Joseph’s University, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She has worked in various non-profit organizations that have a focus on behavioral health. She has over 10 years of experience working in the airline industry. She has also worked for WES Corporation where she created their first annual Inside Out self-esteem fashion show, which gave the clients the opportunity to participate in a five-week focus group that she facilitated, giving them techniques in building the whole person from the inside out to enable them to create a better version of themselves. Fueled by an unquenchable passion for service, Isha has dedicated most of her life to serving people. As well as her Donna Marie Foundation, she is also an author and motivational speaker. Award-winning author, speaker, and educator, Deborah Ann Davis,B.S.,M.Ed., W.I.T.S.,founder and member of The Awesome Mom Tribe, has helped countless families navigate the tumultuous teen years, despite the inevitable adolescent angst. As a producer of her own successful teenage daughter, and a former teenager herself, this high school teacher has distilled three decades of experience into exciting live events and insightful books. Her timely information on effective communication, emotional health, and physical well-being provides guidance and encouragement for moms, helping them foster positive and healthy relationships within their families.
After a string of undergrad majors, Deborah realized she could have a captive audience every day in the public school system. As it turns out, teenagers love to laugh, and what could be more entertaining than biology, earth science, and environmental science? Plus, there’s the added bonus that once kids know you like to laugh, they want to make you laugh. Go figure.
Deborah happily taught for over 25 years, and somewhere in the middle of all that educating, reunited with and married her childhood sweetheart, twelve years after their first kiss. Thanks to her husband, she was able to pause her teaching career for six years to do the mommy thing for their awesome cherub.
A few years after Deborah’s return to the classroom, a tick bit her, introducing a particularly nasty bout of Lyme disease. While recovering, the writing bug bit her and writing eventually replaced her teaching career. However, once everyone returned to school without her that first year, she realized she missed the classroom like crazy.
The solution? Deborah started holding live events for moms and their teenage daughters that provided strategies for navigating their relationship.
They currently reside in lovely Connecticut. On any given day you’ll find her:
•writing books that help moms with the motherhood journey
•blogging on any and all topics concerning moms
•creating programs that promote self-worth in teenage girls
•holding live events or online events
•dabbling with living a sustainable life
•dancing, playing outside, and laughing really hard every day Welcome to Deborah’s world. You’re going to love what she has to offer.

Cassie Ferrer is an Award-Winning fi nancial leader. She worked in the financial industry for 15 years. She is an author, Host of Behind those Heels Podcast, and Founder of Behind those Heels and Numbers Nerd Consulting, LLC.
After working for two top financial institutions for 15 years, Cassie started to look deeper within and questioning her purpose. She remembered a vision she created over 8 years ago when meeting a group of women during volunteer events. After getting to know these women, she learned that despite of their successes and confident appearances, these women all went through trauma or major challenges. Cassie was inspired by their stories and wanted to create a platform called Behind those Heels to encourage others to share their stories. The goal is to create a movement allowing women to be their authentic selves unapologetically and without judgement. Cassie partnered with another successful entrepreneur, Debbie Belnavis-Brimble, and launched Behind those Heels in February 2020, with purpose to create a movement of women sharing their powerful stories using various platforms including podcast, books, and events, encouraging others to take action and seek support to enhance their lives.
Cassie, too, has her own story to share, as she suffered from childhood abandonment. She grew up without her father and developed insecurity issues throughout her teenage years well into to young adulthood.
While conducting interviews with Behind those Heels and interacting with other business owners, Cassie learned that while many business owners are passionate and great at what they do, they struggle to understand business and personal finances. With her expertise in business valuation and finance, she felt that she could bring value. She then started Numbers Nerd Consulting, LLC helping small businesses to improve financial health by optimizing operation efficiency and increasing business cash flow.
Cassie’s academic background includes a BA in Finance and Marketing and an MBA. She is also a CPA candidate.
Cassie resides in Florida with her husband and two children. They enjoy going to Disney theme parks. Cassie enjoys reading company’s annual reports, listening to personal development audio books, and practicing yoga.

As long as I can remember I have loved helping others. Most of my life that has meant working in mortgage operations developing to published author and positivity instigator/coach after I began to change my life. In 2016 taking on my 20 year yo-yo diet habit led me to release 100 lbs through food and movement impacting more than my health. One of the biggest things that helped me, besides following plans and wanting to change, was what I learned through the personal development industry.
As my attitude and abilities grew along with each book, event, or course I completed, my role at work grew as well to training & then managing all while uncovering my passion in health & mindset.
I have learned through experience that winning is most often that one next step. Having a plan to follow with a community working for the same goal is a powerfully positive combination and I hope to help you see all that has happened has brought you to this opportunity of being in the right place to grow.
“You can’t change the past. You can change the future. Would you rather be influenced by something you can’t change, or by something you can?” Jeff Olson, The Slight Edge When I am not helping others you will find me being silly with my 12 year old son, sharing my mindset and health tips online, or running / swimming / biking with my husband. We also have 3 rescued cats and look forward to growing our fur family in the future.

Diane Joy Israel is a former world-class triathlete and self-described “running monk” who utilizes her experience with movement to ignite students and clients. Diane says, “Even though I was put in ‘special needs’ classes growing up, I enjoyed learning. I know that I was ‘special’ because I was different—I learned in ways that were embodied and heartful.”
She had a life-changing near-death experience at 17 while running a race. Her athletic career ended at age 28 due to chronic fatigue from over-exercising. After leaving the world of professional athletics, Diane helped found the Transpersonal Counseling Program at Naropa University. The highly competitive world of sports led her to specialize in performance, body image, and eating issues, as well as topics related to somatic movement and nature-based therapy.
“I decided that if I ever taught, I wanted a more expansive approach to learning beyond the traditional, one-size-fits-all model. After two decades of teaching, I have found that my ‘specialties’ match my students’ needs for creative and out-of-the box methods, including in-the-moment emotions, relationships, and individual expressions."
Diane is a frequently requested public speaker and has participated in TEDxBoulder and the Global Glue Project. She’s been featured by Colorado Public Radio and podcasts such as Running on Om and Nicole DeBoom’s Run this World. She has been a contributor to numerous sports magazines, including Runner’s World and Triathlete Magazine. The award-winning independent documentary film Beauty Mark follows Diane’s personal journey and explores society’s race to perfection.
Due to intense grief following the closely timed deaths of her Mom and Dad, Diane chose to stop and “shelter in place” long before the pandemic, relying on nature to guide her. Diane is a wise (yet wild) woman who is able to reach multiple generations and a spectrum of audiences through her authentic, funny, and direct way of framing life, its challenges, and the continual opportunity to be alive, even when it hurts like hell.
Diane currently lives in Boulder, Colorado with her partner of 28 years, Lindsey Hansen-Sturm and serves as an end-of-life care consultant and ally supporting families as they navigate death.

"CYB has been both my light and my guide over the last 4 months. I knew what I wanted to do and they provided me with the way to get there. CYB kept me encouraged, she listened to me, they were by my side from start to finish, and I could trust her to honor both me and my work. CYB is absolutely AMAZING and I am extremely grateful for her and their services!"
"Working with CYB has been a fantastic experience. They helped me create a plan and move my business forward. They also helped me achieve one of my dreams of becoming an author by helping me publish my journal. I have always had a big vision of where I wanted to take my business. I own two companies, so time and the ability to create for my other business were nearly impossible. I spent most of my time building the business and not executing it. They helped me move my business to where it needs to be, and now my vision has come to life. Working with them has been an amazing experience."
